PRODUCT RETURN - WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
1. PACK THE PRODUCTS AND COMPLETE THE FORM
The return can be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. Download and complete the withdrawal form. Include in the package with the returned products. Check carefully that you have entered all the data correctly.
Please carefully secure and pack the shipment.
2. SEND A PACKAGE
Send us a parcel with the returned goods to the following address:

The cost of returning the returned goods is borne by the buyer. After accepting the shipment, you will receive a notification email from us.
3. WAIT FOR YOUR MONEY BACK
The refund will be made within 7 days from the date of taking the product in stock.
Transaction costs are reimbursed by bank transfer. In the case of payment methods: PayU and PayPal - to the account number from which the payment for the order was made.
1. RETURN THE PRODUCTS YOU WANT TO REPLACE
The exchange of goods in our store consists in the return (withdrawal from the contract) of selected products, and then placing and paying for a new order. Follow the procedure for returning goods described above.
2. PLACE A NEW ORDER
You can place a new order independently, even on the same day you returned the previous package. You can choose any other goods in your order. Remember to pay for the new order (with Payu, PayPal or by credit card).
COMPLAINT OF PURCHASED PRODUCTS
1. SEND EMAIL
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with information about the complaint:
Write in it:
- order number to which the complaint relates
- which product the complaint concerns - describe what is wrong with it.
- attach a photo of the advertised product
2. WAIT FOR ANSWER
Within 1-2 business days we will contact you by e-mail or phone and we will agree a solution together - a refund or exchange of goods.
