Thanks to a creamy consistency, it facilitates mixing and does not drip during application.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
- Mix Noemi Oxidant and tint in a 1:1 ratio.
- Mix until you get a creamy consistency.
- Leave it on for 10-15 minutes.
INGREDIENTS:
Aqua, Hydrogen Peroxide (3%), Cetearyl Alcohol, Ceteareth-20, Glycerin, Phosphoric Acid, Sodium Stannate.
