NOEMI EYEBROW & EYELASH DYE

The perfect blend finally simplifies eyebrow and eyelash colouring. The colours can be used 100% pure and don't need to be mixed together, preventing unwanted yellow, red, or green undertones. However, Noemi Dye + Noemi Solution must always be mixed together! The colours can also be mixed separately to create custom blends. Furthermore, they don't darken eyebrows because the dye lightens the natural hair by 1-2 shades beforehand. This ensures you always achieve the perfect, desired result. It conditions and colours the hair. It protects against breakage, adds volume and shine, and stimulates hair growth. On the skin, it leaves a tattoo effect. The colours contain henna extract, olive oil, green tea, and aloe vera.

The PH value is 9-10, which means that it penetrates through the hair making the dyes last for about 8 days on the skin and ⅚ weeks on the hair providing an intense final result.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1. Mix the Noemi dye with the Noemi 3% solution in a ratio of 1:1.
2. Noemi has a processing time of 10-15 minutes, which allows you to customise the intensity based on the client’s preferences and natural brow colour.
3. A 7-10 minute application delivers a subtle, natural look, while leaving it on for up 15 minutes creates a bolder effect with longer-lasting results.
4. To achieve a stunning ombre effect we recommend removing the dye from the front of the brow after just 60 seconds. This technique adds depth and dimension to the brows, preventing a blocky appearance on the front!
5. If you are applying Noemi Dye after lamination keep in mind processing times may be quicker as the hair absorbs pigment much faster! We always recommend applying the dye after step 2 of the lamination process.

SHADE DESCRIPTIONS:

Black: This is a neutral colour and will show on the skin as a very deep dark brown with strong pigmentation.

Blue Black: This is a great shade for eyelash tinting, but it can also be used as a colour corrector with any warm-based shades. Has strong pigmentation.

Golden Blonde: One of the lightest colours with a low pigment intensity. Will leave a slight skin stain, making it the perfect colour corrector shade. Use it in mixes to add warmth.

Medium Brown: This is a warm chocolate brown with medium to strong pigmentation. Great to use by itself or can be mixed with any blue/green base shades to create a cooler brown.

Dark Brown: This is one of the darkest shades with strong pigmentation. It is suitable for dark brunettes.

Patch Test Policy:

1. Apply generously to the inside of the wrist or behind the ear.
2. Wait for 15 minutes.
3. Rinse with lukewarm water.
4. If you notice any signs of an allergy during the test or within 48 hours, do not use it.
